Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor

Recently, my blood pressure (BP) has been higher than usual. My doctor prescribed medication and suggested that I buy a portable BP monitor. I found this one, and I was surprised at how reasonable the cost is. It is easy to use daily, as prescribed, to monitor my progress at bringing down my BP. Being in touch with my BP allows me to alter my treatment as necessary according to my daily BP record. Otherwise, I would be obliged to seek out medical professionals in order to record my BP much less frequently.
